Shipping policy

Shipping costs and information

We ship to all countries listed here. Delivery is normally carried out by DHL. In special cases, we reserve the right to ship using an alternative service provider. The respective shipping costs depend on the destination country, the shipping method and total weight of the goods to be shipped. You can find the shipping costs in the tables below. For logistical reasons, personal pick-up is not possible at this time.

Shipment Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Delivery Times

Our online shop is open around the clock. We process order requests from Monday to Friday. New orders are normally processed within 2 working days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any re-delivery costs incurred and cannot cancel or take back the order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if deliveries are shown as "delivered" but have not been received. The same applies to missing "delivery attempted" notifications.

I. Shipping Within Germany

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent; you can find the shipping weight (goods incl. packaging) for each item under the details section. The goods are expected to arrive at the specified delivery address within 3-5 working days after order confirmation. For express shipments, the goods are expected to arrive at the specified delivery address within 1-2 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.

II. Shipping Within the EU

Our shipping fees are weight-dependent; you can find the delivery weight (goods incl. packaging) for each item under the details section. The goods are expected to arrive at the specified delivery address within 5-7 working days after order confirmation.

II. Shipping Outside the EU

In individual cases, further costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which are to be paid by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

III. Detailed Information on the Available Payment Methods

1. Advance Payment by Bank Transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 14 days, quoting the payment reference provided. Our bank details and the payment reference will be sent to you separately by email during the order process.

When paying by bank transfer, we offer a x% discount on the gross value of the goods for the respective order.

2. Shopify Payments

In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:

3. PayPal

You can pay with PayPal in just a few simple steps:

Select "PayPal" as your payment method during checkout.
You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in using your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm your payment. A PayPal account is not required for payment by Direct Debit via PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal, or Pay Later/Invoice via PayPal.
You will then be redirected back to our website (www.rowac.com).
